Join a small group to learn and deepen mindfulness meditation practices. Through informal mindfulness exercises and formal meditation, you'll discover how to calm your mind, increase self-awareness and improve body awareness. Experience the benefits of being present in the moment, rather than dwelling on past thoughts or future worries. Learn how to calm and support your nervous system, promote inner peace and become more mindful in your daily life and interactions with others.
We will practise a range of mindfulness meditation techniques, including sitting meditation and body awareness exercises. A mix of mindfulness practices, meditations and self-regulation techniques will guide you in grounding your body, promoting relaxation and enhancing serenity.

(geb. 1973) … war Unternehmensberaterin und Projektmanagerin. Dieser anspruchsvolle Beruf führte sie zur Meditation und zu einer Ausbildung als Meditationslehrerin und Achtsamkeitstrainerin an der Deutschen Akademie für Gesundheit und Kompetenzentwicklung. "In meiner fast 10-jährigen Meditationspraxis habe ich vermittelt bekommen, dass nicht das, was die Lehrerin oder der Lehrer sagt, richtig ist, sondern das, was du selbst wahrnimmst und erfährst.
