In this course, you will get an introduction to Agile Project Management: you will be introduced to the Lean-Agile mindset and various Agile frameworks. The most popular Agile framework, Scrum, is taught in detail using the Scrum Guide. We will also play a simulation game to give you a hands-on experience with Scrum in a team.

The scaled frameworks such as SAFe, Spotify, Nexus will also be discussed depending on the interest of the participants.
I will also show you how to kick-start your career in this area with all the relevant certifications from basic to advanced. Many students take the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) exam after this training. I will also provide you with a sample test for the PSM exam so that you can assess your performance in the exam.
